BUYER hereby acknowledges that BUYER is responsible for any and all fees charged by the Department of Agriculture for inspection or inspection reports for the property in possession of BUYER. 3. BUYER acknowledges that it has purchased the Property with its own funds and that Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that all funds are in proper working order in accordance with the terms of the Residential Agreement. 4. Buyer understands the nature and scope of the work to be performed to perform the inspections and inspections documents required by the Residential Agreement, specifically that there will be an exhaustive inspection of the Property. 5. Upon execution of the agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree that the terms herein are subject to the full and complete enforcement of the laws of the State of Louisiana as set forth herewith and under the laws of the State of Louisiana, and such other laws and rules of courts of competent jurisdiction as may be applicable at the time of its execution, all of which as now or hereinafter amended, revised and modified, shall be binding on both parties.
